Returns & Refunds

At Fiat And Grace, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If an eligible item is not right for you, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and included pieces. Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or missing original components are not eligible for return.

Final-sale items

All items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

How to start a return

To request a return, email divineheartonline@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. We will respond with return instructions.

Return shipping

For an approved eligible return, Fiat And Grace will provide a prepaid return shipping label or equivalent return-shipping instructions. Please do not send an item back before your request has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact divineheartonline@gmail.com promptly and include your order number and photos of the issue, if available. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
